Our specialists can come to collect labs at any location you choose, including homes and offices. The draw fee shown covers one kit with up to 5 sample collection tubes per Quantity of participants paid for, and up to 30 miles from the nearest phlebotomist. If your draw requires additional fees, these will be discussed with you prior to the appointment being finalized. BE SURE YOU HAVE A COPY OF YOUR LAB ORDER/ REQUISITION FORM OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THIS REQUEST.
